TO ENSURE THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF YOUR SHIPMENT, FOLLOW THESE STEPS;

Step 1: Confirm the precise weight and number of boxes you are shipping. For greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness, we suggest avoiding palletizing your cargo. If your cargo is already on a pallet, please consider breaking it down into individual boxes weighing no more than 75 lbs each. This allows for easier handling and loading onto the aircraft. While we can handle cargo on a pallet, please note that we have only one aircraft that can accept a pallet, reducing the chances of availability.

Step 2: Contact GRAC at 888-431-0705 to request a quote for your shipment. Be sure to provide us with your cargo information, desired delivery time, preferred departure time, and destination. We will respond promptly with availability and cost information.

Step 3: We recommend having someone from your company pick up the cargo at the departure and destination locations, as it is often faster and more cost effective than hiring a trucking company. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find a solution. We will provide detailed information on the location of the departure airport and where to bring the cargo, along with a road map.

Step 4: For billing, we accept credit cards and will only authorize the amount (HOLD, not charge). After the flight is completed, we will send you an invoice to be paid within 10 days, at which point the HOLD on your credit card will be released. If payment is not received within 10 days, the credit card will be charged with processing fees added. We will attempt to contact you first in this case.
